Letter from Vilray P. Blair to Virginia Minnich, June 21, 1947
In 1947 Minnich was selected by the Group Action Council of Metropolitan St. Louis as a “Woman of Achievement.” Noted plastic surgeon Dr. Vilray Papin Blair, who had known Minnich since the early 1920s, wrote this letter of congratulations in June 1947.
