Enlisted men's quarters, Base Hospital 21, Rouen, France
Enlisted men’s new quarters being finished at Base Hospital 21. When the unit first arrived to take over one of the British general hospitals stationed at the racetrack in Rouen, France, there were only tents to quarter the personnel and patients of the unit. Nine wooden barracks were built in the winter and spring of 1917-1918.
