Nurses put on a show, Base Hospital 21, Rouen, France
Since Base Hospital 21 was stationed in a British area, practically none of the American entertainment groups reached the unit. The personnel compensated by creating their own entertainment, which included amateur theatricals, a minstrel company, and a jazz orchestra. Note the elaborate costumes worn in this show produced by the nurses of the unit.
