Col. Lee D. Cady, Maj. Truman G. Drake, and Maj. Harry Agress at the 5th Army’s staging area, “Goat Hill,” in Assi-Ben Okba, Algeria. The 21st General Hospital stayed at Goat Hill for the first 5 days of December 1943, before leaving North Africa by troop ship for Italy.
