“Powerful Grace Lies in Herbs and Plants”

"Kohler's Medizinal Pflanzen"

Franz Eugen Köhler’s magnum opus appeared eight years after his death, edited by Gustav Pabst. The set of three volumes was a noteworthy achievement and included plants of medicinal importance from across Europe and the United States. A remarkable feature of the book is the nearly two hundred finely detailed color illustrations rendered in chromolithography.
